Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Part 1

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a gentle, evidence-based program developed by Dr. Paul Lam using Sun-style tai chi, chosen for its slow, low-impact movements and ease of learning for older adults. Gentle and suitable for people with arthritis, this program is recognized by the CDC as an effective tool for improving balance, strength, and overall well-being, and helping prevent falls.
